Stuart Bates was a legend. I've been trying to think of a way to raise funds for the charity set up in his, and Fraser's name for over a year. I've decided to take on a standard Duathlon - 10km running, 40km cycling finishing off with another 5km running. I reckon I can do this in about 4hrs.

As I have a few injuries, I'll be doing this challenge in the safety of my gym (DW Sports, Leckwith) on Saturday 25th March. My work colleagues will be doing the South Wales Three Peaks on the same day, also for Believe. But I don't want to create any "mountain rescue" issues and therefore will be at the gym.
