My colleagues Louise, Ella, Abi, Tej, Peter and I are taking part in the Barclays “Take One Small Step into the Night” 10km walk across central London on the evening of Wednesday, 21 September

Ok, so it's not the most strenuous or adrenalin filled venture you'll ever be asked to be asked to sponsor but the event, organised in partnership with UNICEF and UK broadcaster Heart radio’s Have a Heart charity, raises funds to help transform the lives of children in the UK and around the world by providing education and improving healthcare.

Any donation you are able to make will be most gratefully received - every little bit from you, together with an effort from me can help make a huge difference to a child's future.
