The Iowa Heart Foundation is launching an Iowa Has Heart Giving Campaign on World Heart Day - September 29th. The Iowa Heart Foundation is committed to improving heart health education and dedicated to the prevention of heart disease. #IowaHasHeart
The funds will be utilized to support:
- Heart health education for Iowa youth
- Nursing scholarships
- AED placements
- Culinary medicine series
- Know your heart health numbers programming
