Hi all, I know some of your peers are running marathons and stuff - but at least with this no-one feels inferior!

We'll both  be aiming for a 48 minute finish. Please give us some money. It all goes to a an amazing cause which is genuinely close to our hearts. The Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Group Guildford (aka the Samson Centre) does great work for people suffering from Multiple Sclerosis. Through the centre I've met some inspirational people who won't let MS beat them; The charity gives them help, physical training and encouragement. Their cause isn't as sexy as cancer or heart disease so they often don't get the attention and funds they deserve. 

We'd be hugely grateful for any donation - big or small. Cheers
