My wife Sue is amazing: after two and a half years of living with incurable breast cancer she's still going strong and munching up every treatment they can come up with.  100 miles seems like a long way, but when I think about the determination with which she approaches her treatments it seems like very little at all.  Head down, do the training and get the job done :-)

We have met so many fantastic people at the Christie who go above and beyond all expectations to help Sue and me through this experience.  I'm doing this bike ride to show my appreciation for them, help raise some money and be a champion for my Suzy.  Hopefully I'll get a silk handkerchief to tie to my handlebars... :-)
