Our team have noticed the steady increase in the number of homeless on the streets of Manchester in the last few years, however the issue of homelessness was really emphasized when two of our directors found a homeless man collapsed on the street on a busy Saturday afternoon in Manchester city centre, with shoppers simply walking past him without a second glance. Unfortunately we don't know what happened to him after he was taken away by paramedics with a suspected heart attack, however the Police who attended were not hopeful that he would survive. 

In this homeless man's memory, 15 of our Manchester team have volunteered to run 10K to raise money for Shelter, an excellent organisation that looks to change the lives of homeless people for the better.
