A group of staff from my workplace are collectively giving up sweets, biscuits, chocolate and cake for the 40 days of Lent (Wednesday 26 February to Thursday 9 April inclusive).  We want to raise much needed funds for Lancaster and District Homeless Action Service who do a great job in helping homeless and vulnerable people.

People who are taking part are:

Catherine Douglas, Allison Thornton, Steve Walton, Sam Carlisle, Lucia Macari, Linda Cregg, Charlotte Western, Mike Farnfield, Paul Greenacre, Andrew McKinnell, Peter Mashiter, Julie Woodend, Linda Kennedy, Diane Livesey, Jayne Partington and Paddy Wilson.
