On Sunday 15th July I will be running the Virgin British 10km, as part of a team of 100 inspirational team of celebrities, influencers and supporters uniting on behalf on UN Women National Committee UK to further global voting equality and bring the ability to vote to voiceless women all over the world.

100 years ago The Suffragettes used deeds not words to win the vote for some women; however in 2018 women around the world are still four times more likely than men to be abused, intimidated and prevented from voting. Clearly there is still work to be done in breaking down the legal, social and cultural barriers that prevent women from voting worldwide.
