I'm Catherine Glastonbury and I work for Age Cymru Gwent as part of the Rapid Response Hospital Discharge Service. This year Age Cymru Gwent will be celebrating 40 years of supporting older people in Gwent and to raise funds for the charity, I'm doing the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge on August 13th 2014, which takes in the three peaks of Wales: Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan all within 24 hours.
