Friends from the age of 6, Clare was always a ray of sunshine in my life and one of the most special people I have ever met. A beautiful soul inside and out who would do anything for anyone. So now it's my turn to do something for my beautiful friend and the foundation set-up in her name. The Clare Daly Foundation raises awareness in the fight against melanoma- teaching us all how to be sun safe. I'm asking for your support in raising vital funds for this fantastic charity in return for a few laughs at my  expense whilst I try to prepare myself for a 10k run when I struggle to run 100m.
