Smart Works Leeds is a charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interview. The women who come to Smart Works are referred from Job Centres, mental health charities, women’s refuges, homeless shelters, the prison service, care service and youth organisations.

We empower each woman by giving her the clothes, coaching and confidence she needs to succeed and transform her life. After visiting Smart Works Leeds, 62% secure a job within a month, gaining financial independence and starting a new chapter.

Every woman who comes to Smart Works is referred by another organisation or charity who is supporting her on the journey to employment. This makes sure we are reaching the women who will most benefit from our service.
