I'm doing a sprint traithlon at Hever Castle in Kent on Saturday 24 September and raising money for the 999 Club.

I will be swimming 750m in the lake, cycling 20km then running 5km including up two hills. I haven't managed to do much training so expecting it to be fairly challenging.

999 Club is a charity I support based locally in Deptford. They do brilliant work providing vital services and supporting people who are currently homeless, have recently been homeless, or are at high risk of becoming homeless so they can find a home and a job.
