Dear friends, I'm embarking upon the challenge of my life, climbing Ben Nevis in October for Breast Cancer Care. At an incredible 1,344m, it's the highest mountain in the UK. I'm not exactly a stranger to mountains coming from Country Down where the mountains of Mourne sweep down to the sea and had a great time climbing Table Mountain in SA at 1080m, so I figured what's a couple of hundred more metres uphill! yeah right! 

 

So seriously, did you know Breast Cancer is the SECOND biggest KILLER for women in the UK, around 46,000 women and men, YES MEN are diagnosed with Breast Cancer every year, that is one every 11 minutes. I am doing this in support of friends who are no longer here and friends who have thankfully survived. I know its going to be tough and I'm counting on your encouragement and support. So bring it on!
