We've joined together to raise money for the fantastic charity Spinal Unit Action Group (SUAG).

Aunty Ruth was unfortunate enough to trip over in her kitchen and suffered a C5 incomplete paralysis. She now has a long and challenging rehabilitation ahead and with the help and support of SUAG has been making noticeable improvements in her mobility. There is still a long way to go and we are taking up challenge of trekking the 3 peaks to raise as much money to continue the fantastic work by this charity.

This has been a life changing experience for Ruth and SUAG will be with her all the way from physical rehabilitation as well as coming to terms with the full impact on day to life.

Anyone who knows Ruth will know what an active life she lead before the accident and with her amazing inner strength and fighting spirit and the support of SUAG, family and friends.

This challenge of walking the 3 peaks will be hard but over in 24 hours however we appreciate that Ruth's struggle will be much more challenging.
