Story

Some of you may see this as complete madness but this Sunday () I’m running the !

I'm running in support of Spinal Injury Medical Research at the Robert Jones and , Oswestry. Their work assists Doctors and Nurses on Gladstone Ward to provide first class care and rehabilitation to those who have potentially life-changing spinal injuries. For more information please see http://www.rjah.nhs.uk/

I'm really conscious that you may receive many requests like this, or make charitable donations in different ways. But if you can support me in my quest that would be great and you'd be contributing to a truly worthy cause.

Many thanks for all your support!!
