As most of you know I work for The Cornerstone Foundation. We are a charity which supports people with disabilities of all ages and stages throughout Scotland. We help the people we support transform their lives in a way that is the best for them. 

Everyone knows that I am a couch potato so I have decided to do something very silly to get me up off my backside and being active.
