Story
Adam Pugh, Bazza Bailey, Carl Beaman, Christian Dale, Claire Powner, Hayley Jenks, Kirsty Woolliscroft, Lee Sherwin, Matt Deeming, Matt Harrison, Samantha Taylor, Scott Brian, Sharaine Talbot, Tina Roach, Wesley Cross are taking part in 7 intense team challenges in 7 days to raise as much money as possible for the Alzheimer's Society.
5 teams will be created and we will be busting our asses off
to try and come out on top. For the first 6 days Cave members will vote
on what challenge the teams take on from the following list of workouts:
"On The Pull"
Sledge drag your team mates Max lengths in 1 hour (1 length each then rotate)
"Dont FLip Out"
1 hour tyre flip max reps (1 flip each)
"Uphill Struggle"
Burpee Broadjump killer mile equivalent in cave: 1 mile of Burpee
broadjumps with box jumps thrown in for good measure to cover the incline
"Compound Killer"
1 deadlift , 1 hanging clean, 1 front squat, 1 overhead press, then 2 of
each then 3 ......... upto 10 (fastest time for all 3 to complete 10 rounds (50
kg guys, 30 kg girls)
"Push Off"
Continuous prowler push: how many laps between the team without it stopping
(max 60 mins) if the prowler stops you’re out.
"Pendulum Perril"
Iso hold challenge. 20 minutes for each team member holding a half squat
position on the pendulum squat machine, total time held in half squat position
is recorded. (20 kg guys, 10 kg girls).
"Out of you Comfort Zone"
Triathlon 1 member of the team does either a 2 mile swim, 13 mile run, 26 mile
watt bike ride (Fastest combined time).
"Bodyweight Bust Up"
500 Pullups, 1000 V-sits, 1500 Press ups Fastest time
The final day all 15 of us will take part in a 1 hour cave class and the members who have raised the most money for the charity will be invited down to get their own back and beast the trainers.
