MK Bus Shelter, provides shelter, food, and support for their residents, who are rough sleepers looking to make the right progress towards a life of independence away from the streets.
In Milton Keynes, five people have died on the streets in the last 2 years, and an estimated 150 people are sleeping rough. Without adequate hostel solutions available, there are limited options for a homeless person, a third of whom are under the age of 25.

I’ve chosen to challenge myself to follow a plant based diet for the month of January as I appreciate how fortunate I am to have a roof over my head & access to any food I like…and I like food!!

I’d like to make it more than just about my choices and to support this local, worthwhile and amazing charity in Milton Keynes.
