This summer I will be volunteering abroad with Raleigh International.

I will be spending ten weeks in Costa Rica and Nicaragua where I will be taking part in community work, environmental and adventure projects. I need to fundraise £1000 for the expedition and an extra £1000 for flights, vaccines and equipment. In order to raise that amount I plan to:
1. Join the Hasting Half Marathon which will take place on Sunday the 21st of March at 10.30 http://www.hastings-half.co.uk/ 2. Raffle charity extravaganza at a venue I found in London Bridge 3. Street/supermarket tin collection days 4. Sell some of my beloved items on Ebay 5. Press release with local newspapers to raise awareness, inspire young people in the community and also advertise my justgiving website where the public can donate 6. Write to trusts, local companies, Leicester University and corporate responsibility organisations 7. Work
