Life's been good to me; I've got a great partner, supportive friends, a good job and more importantly, I'm healthy. Which is more than can be said about the people affected by Ebola. Now, I can't do much about that, I'm not a medic, but I can support people who can and do help, among others, Doctors without Borders (MSF).
So our dojo has decided to support MSF, in the only way we know how - by training aikido. We might as well train as much as we can, so we're fitting 14 hours of training in 1 day. If you've never heard of them, here is MSF in 40 seconds: http://youtu.be/mXV8lTgETks
