Sam and I along with 10 other members of the Aberporth Rowing Club will be competing in the longest fixed seat rowing race in the World! 

In May this year we'll be rowing the Celtic Challenge, a 90 nautical mile (103 imperial miles) race from Arklow in Ireland to Aberystwyth on the beautiful West coast of Wales.  We've all been training hard for many months and hope to complete the challenge in under 24 hours.

We're raising money for Velindre Cancer Care.  Velindre is a local hospital that's done so much to help a much loved member of our family. Many of us have been touched by the curse of cancer and hospitals like Velindre help, support and care for those loved ones that are dear to us.  Any donation no matter how small is very much appreciated.
