Ceri's battle with bowel cancer lasted several years, and she was unbelievably brave and positive through everything. Despite her illness and other family tragedies, my sister Ffion and I have countless happy memories from the past few years,  that we will always treasure. 

St David's Hospice Care provided amazing support throughout mum's illness and particularly towards the end of her life. The professional care of their nurses, fast response time, and unfailing kindness was invaluable - and that's why all donations in Ceri's memory will go to them.
