We are doing a charity cycle for RAS Aberdeen.  They do such amazing work supporting young girls and women through a traumatic time. They listen to everyone they have walk through their doors. We can't lose them as they are the only support centre for rape and abuse in Aberdeen. 

Unfortunately 1 in 4 women will need them now and in the future! And without them so many people won't get the help and support they need to get through something NO ONE should ever have to go through. 

Please help keep their doors open by sponsoring me to do a 55KM bike ride for them.
