Winter Swimming! BRRRRRRRR! It's going to be cold! The challenge will be to swim one of the following distances:
250m / 500m / 750m / 1000m or an EPIC 2000m in Brockwell Lido on November 23rd! 

Wetsuits are discouraged! 

We have also organised bacon sandwiches and hot drinks to be provided by the Lido Cafe as part of the £15 registration fee! 

Charity: Refuge

Refuge supports 3,000 women and children on any given day through a range of services, including refuges, independent advocacy, community outreach and culturally specific services. Two women a week are killed by a current or former partner every week in England and Wales – leaving two families every week bereaved due to domestic violence. Refuge supports families who have lost a loved one to domestic violence. Refuge’s award winning campaigns aim to educate the general public and ultimately prevent domestic violence by ensuring that women have the information and support they need to plan a safe escape. Refuge provides a voice for women and children experiencing domestic violence, and ensures that their needs are represented at the highest possible level.
