Story

Hello lovely humans,

I've decided to run a half marathon for mind, to help support those having issues with their mental health.

Running in memory of my sister Nadjia, who passed away in October due to her battle with mental health. A beautiful soul that left us too soon. So, in her stead I'm starting to commit myself to the support of mental health and open up these needed conversations with family and friends about mental health. Although it seems to be bettering we all still need the support that this society can give.

So, to begin with lets raise some money and see me run a half marathon with very little training.

A run for everyone who has ever felt the affect of mental health whether that being you personally or with someone close to you.

Please donate whatever you can, even a quid - and share this about so we can give something worth while back to the people.

Peace and Love

In under 2 weeks I'll be lacing up my trainers and taking on the challenge of running the Hackney Half Marathon to support the work of Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest (Mind CHWF)Each year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem, and this figure is only set to rise. That's why I've decided to support Mind in the City and Hackney, who offer a range of support to members fo the community who are struggling with their mental healthJust £25 could pay for a low-income client with serious enduring mental health issues to attend a Managing Anger and Difficult Emotions group. Grateful for any donations!
