So after 2 cancellations due to Covid and completing the Virtual London in October 2020, I have a place in October 2022 to run London and so the training continues 🥵

Why the British Heart Foundation?  Well, my amazing mum received fantastic care after a serious heart attack in 2007; we thought we would lose her but, thanks to doctors and medical science she lived another 15 years to the wonderful age of 87. Sadly, she passed away in May of this year…..this run is dedicated to her. ❤️

And, my thoughts will also be with friends & wider family who have lost loved ones to heart related issues, many of whom were just way too young! You know who you are guys, this is also for you and for them ❤️

The BHF funds scientists to develop new treatments and cures.....to protect all of us and our loved ones in the future ahead.

Training for a marathon is tough, especially when it goes on for years (literally!), tough physically and mentally, tough for the family, even the dog! (those who know, know!) and I am so grateful for all the sponsorship that you have given
