On 29th July 2014 it will be the fifth anniversary of the passing of my father to a heart complaint, and as such the British Heart Foundation charity is close to my heart for that reason. It is also a charity that helps the lives of  people and their families and with our aid we can increase that help and battle heart disease together!! 

In order to do this I am arranging a charity football match against a selection of Ex Professional footballers, on 6th April 2014, to be played at Bootle FC, Liverpool, Kick off is 3pm. (Liverpool FC as both myself and my father are/were lifelong Liverpool fans). 

Along with raising money for the British Heart Foundation I will be raising money (through the same event) for the Hillsborough Family Support Group, to mark the 25th anniversary of  the Hillsborough disaster, combining two charities that are close to my families heart for two very different reasons!

All donations no matter how small can make a massive difference to the lives of many people, and I thank you in advance for your kindness!!
