Charlie & Scotty boys big Dino Walk · 30 August 2020

We use digital technology that men can use to enable them to self-manage and engage with their own mental health. We call it 'Prevention Through Self-Management' because waiting until a man reaches crisis before he gets help is like throwing a lifebuoy ring into the water when already drowning.

Story

Long story short we watched a clip of a dinosaur paddle boarding on a canal.....we decided this wasn’t a very safe idea so we’ve opted for a big walk instead on the 30th August (weather permitting) 😂👍🏻 From millers bridge to cairnbaan (stopping off for a socially distant pint hopefully) and heading back. It may not seem far but in a big hot dinosaur costume we’ll be feeling the heat!

The charity we are doing the walk for is called ‘Brothers in arms’ which is a Scotland based charity for men. It was launched in 2017 to help raise awareness about male suicide which is the biggest killer of men under the age of 45.

Please take some time to visit their website for more info!

Thankyou for visiting our page and weather permitting we’ll be ready for our big walk 🤩
