I am planning to complete the Lake Orta 4.5km swim race in support of ICAN, the charity I have been a trustee of for some time (so I know what a great charity it is). If I finish it will be the longest open water swim I have done.

More than half the children in some parts of the UK start school with a communication difficulty and are likely to struggle with talking, understanding, learning and making friends.
