Hey everyone…

On Sunday 16^th October 2011 I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon, 13 miles around the lovely Welsh City. It’s going to be tough and I’ll have to do a lot of training so that I can run across the finish line, instead of crawling or being carried! I'll post pictures of how the trainings going throughout the year!

I’ll be running the marathon on behalf of Barnardo’s the UK’s leading children charity. Barnardo’s believe in and support abused, forgotten, vulnerable and neglected children. They believe that every child deserves the best start in life and a chance to fulfil their potential.

On Sunday 26th June I ran the Race for Life 5k in 23minutes my best time yet. I have signed up for the Cardiff 10k in September and hoping to sign up to a lot more races in preparation for the half marathon....wish me luck!!
