Having run for the Samaritans last year in memory of a dear friend, I am honoured to run for them again this year by completing both the Barcelona and London marathons within a month of each other. I want to raise money for a truly wonderful charity that offers solace to those who are lonely, depressed or suicidal. I am truly lucky to have family and a support network...not everyone does, and this is what the Samaritans offer. Someone to talk to in times of darkness......
