My dad sadly passed away 3 years ago from lung cancer and I promised myself when he left us that I would help to raise some money for a good cause.  Its taken me a while to pluck up the courage but this year I have decided to take part in the Silverstone Half Marathon at the beginning of March and run for Team Macmillan.

Those of you who know me well will know that i'm not the greatest at running, well, not very far anyway so these torturous 13 miles are what I would call an extreme challenge for me.  Dad was so incredibly corageous throughout his illness that i'm sure I can carry that with me to make it through and make Dad proud!

Please donate whatever you can,I know its cheesy, but every penny really does count and I will do everything in my power to make it round!
