After completing Though Mudder London south 2015 I got the bug for it!.. 



This year I'm running 12 events .. 

Have started the year with the dryathlon!- no alcohol for the month of January 

I'm starting this just giving page as I feel if I'm pushing my body to some extreme limits I should do something good and raise money for something uthat means a lot to me.

 

I've chosen Darenth Valley Hospital Heartbeat fund, As on the 31st October 2015 my dad had a major heart attack and thankfully he is still alive today thanks to the response of the paramedics and the A&E staff as he arrived and the care he received over the time he spent there before being moved to St Thomes hospital.



"The wonders of the workings of the heart is something we must all appreciate and now Darent Valley Hospital can boast one of the only dedicated new Heart Centres in Kent which means patients no longer have to travel to London for care. Our award winning Heart Team want to make this new unit even better donations to this fund will continue to help purchase extra items to enhance the care given to local people."

All of the events do have partner charity's so my participation fee that I paid for myself and any money I spend on the day including parking or any spectators fees will go towards there chosen charity. Any money I ride through here will 100% go towards the ''darenth valley Heartbeat fund"
