In Memory of Ryan Chandler

Ryan joined the Charlton Athletic Ability Counts Football Club (CAACFC) in August 2006 after being diagnosed with a glioblastoma brain tumour.
Joining originally as a goal keeper Ryan soon decided his future lay playing further forward. Ryan loved training and meeting up with the boys and girls every week as much as he enjoyed playing and always put everything into both, something a certain coach will vouch for having the bruises to prove it!!!!!
After 2 successful seasons playing for CAACFC Ryan sadly had a relapse and went into Demelza children's hospice at Sittingbourne - Demelza do a fantastic job with children as well as their parents and carers, Ryan was given the best care possible but sadly passed away.
As this year is Ryan's 10th Anniversary we would like to raise as much money as possible in memory of Ryan to go to such a fantastic Children's Hospice.
Ryans family would like to Thank all the wonderful boys and girls at CAACFC for doing this in Ryan's memory and also thank you to each and every one of you for your love and support - let's raise as much as possible for such a wonderful children's hospice which is very close to all of our hearts.
