West London is an area of deep inequality, where1 in 5 children are not receiving the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

West London Zone is an incredible local charity, helping these children and young people to build the skills and relationships they need to thrive into adulthood. 

We do this through our two year programme, where a West London Zone Link Worker is based full-time in a school, designing and guiding each young person through an individual support plan, adapted to their needs and goals. 

To support them Socially, Emotionally and Academically, each Link worker provides one to one support, facilitates specialist support through our range of 46 specialist delivery partners, and joins up local support and services for children and families. 

We need your donations to help us reach more of the young people that need us most, and give them the right support, at the right time!
