Hi my name is Charmain Yule.

Myself and some friends (Jim, Myles, Brad, Steph, Ashley, KT, Julia, Kelsy, Liniz, Judith, Simon, Amy, Kerry, Marj A and others) are going to abseil off the Falkirk Wheel on the 1st September to raise money and awareness for the Miscarriage Association.

Why this charity?

A friend of mine called Marj decided that this year as President of Ladies Circle her chosen charity is the Miscarriage Association. She is joining us on the abseil.

Marj has been involved in this charity for years, hearing her story and others, men and women, I realised how important this charity is. Marj's aim for the Miscarriage Association this year apart fundraising is also raising the profile of this important charity.

I have never been pregnant, so I have not felt the joy, wonder, worry of this but I have also never miscarried and have not had to experience the pain of the loss. I have had friends who have, I wish at the time I had known about the Miscarriage Association so I could of helped more than just making tea and not knowing what to say.

So please Sponsor us, visit the miscarriage association website, and help raise the profile by getting those posters up about it in Doctors surgeries etc.
