Men's Health Forum Scotland 10K for Men 2014 · 15 June 2014 ·

We help the babies, children and young people treated at Scotland's largest children's hospital, the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow. We fund medical equipment, research, play programmes and family support services to ensure that our young patients receive the best possible care and experience.

Story

I was born in Yorkhill over 2 months premature, weighing just 1kg, without their great facilities and excellent staff neither myself or my mum would be here today. Running this 10k is the very least I can do to show my gratitude and I know many others who have benefited from their outstanding work. Any donations at all will be greatly appreciated.

Yorkhill treats over 157,000 sick babies and children each year, so help make this Father’s Day extra special and raise vital funds for innovative medical equipment, entertainment services and pediatric research and development! Every penny helps and your donation will make a real lasting difference to the sick children in Scotland.

As a side story to all this, I'm a bit of a pie muncher/wine guzzler and if you want to laugh at me greetin' about replacing pies with 'super foods' then pop over to www.colincherry82.wordpress.com
