My daughter Ava and her friends (all primary age children, two teachers and a big sister) want to raise money and awareness for wild rhinos.  

Ava started by raising awareness in the class by preparing and giving a presentation.  28 of her friends then stepped up to say they wanted to help and they are now all collectively riding their bikes, scooters, roller skates or walking 100 miles over the Easter holidays.

It is very inspiring how these young kids are motivated to help this cause.  The charity that they are supporting has captured their hearts due to the work they do in rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned calves and the story of 'Ubunto' the first wild rhino they rescued.

Rhino Revolution UK (RRUK) was formed in 2017 in response to the increasing threat of rhino poaching in the Greater Kruger area of South Africa.  Their aim is to help secure rhino in the area for future generations through supporting (a) rescue, rehab and release of orphaned calves (b) backing anti-poaching initiatives (c) black rhino breeding, and (d) engaging local communities through a variety of education and support projects.  They also help to conserve other endangered animals that require expert care until they can be released.  RRUK is ran by unpaid volunteers and all monies raised goes towards their aim.
