Vitality British 10k London Run 2016 · 10 July 2016 ·

Children of Peace is a non-partisan, multi-faith charity dedicated to building friendship, trust and reconciliation between Israeli and Palestinian children, aged 4-17, and their communities. Its aim is to develop a shared spirit via arts, education, health and sports programmes, so future generations might live and work peacefully side-by-side.

Story

This year's Children of Peace running team: Alice Braham, Jo Carpenter, Fiona Forman, Tom Kenrick, Antonia Leslie, Alyson Lowe, Dominic Martin, Claire Packham, Claire Richardson, Phoebe Thompson, Catherine Usher and Hayley Ward.

On Sunday, July 10, Children of Peace is sending a team of hardy runners to take on the British 10k London Run (thebritish10klondon.co.uk) through the centre of the capital – and all to raise money for projects that specifically bring Israeli and Palestinian children together so that they can build friendships, understanding and a shared, peaceful future in the region.

Please show your support for Children of Peace's cause by clicking on the DONATE button and sponsoring our team. Any amount you can spare, large or small, will make a difference and be greatly appreciated by those youngsters in need – and don't forget to claim Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer. All the money raised will go to groups in Israel, Gaza and the West Bank working to bring kids from all sides together. To find out more, visit childrenofpeace.org.uk.

Please leave a message of support for the team or any individual runner you are sponsoring.

Thank you for your generosity!
