It’s that time again! I’ve run a half marathon every year since 2017 and I plan to continue.

This year I’ll be running in aid of Watford Mencap, who support individuals with learning disabilities in South West Hertfordshire.

Covid-19 has left a number of disadvantaged pockets of society with a lack of funding or increased difficulties, so please help me in raising funds for this worthy charity.

Your money will go towards providing people of all ages with a learning disability - as well as their parents and carers - a range of services to help them to lead the life they want for themselves.
