Jessica has Cerebral Palsy, its pretty brutal and means she can't sit up, stand, or use her arms and legs very well. What she can do is laugh and giggle and generally have fun. Stick n step help her with moving and stretching and learning to do things. 

She's 9 now and is getting heavy to lift or move around, so there's a pretty urgent need for me to get fit and healthy. 

The plan is to cover 200 miles on a cross trainer in April, and hope that neither I nor the cross trainer break.
