I am running the Brighton Half Marathon on the 17th February in support of my voluntary work, undertaken at Douglas House in Brixham- an arm the charity Leonard Cheshire Disability. The money that you donate will go to helping those with a diablility live life the way they choose, from undertaking pottery classes, to going to the shops or cinema. It will help buy board games and in house equipment which all contribute to bettering the lives of those with disability.

Please dig deep and give whatever you can to this very worthy cause!!
