Chris' The Great North Run - Part 4

Port sunlight 10k · 18 June 2017
You probably know my story by now. In 2013 I was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer called epithelioid sarcoma. With the help and support of the team at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre 2 years later I was given the all clear.
I've never been able to thank the hospital enough for giving me the chance of seeing my kids grow up and giving me a new start at life with number 3 on the way it's made it more special.
I've done some stupid thing for the Charity and that doesn't count becoming an ambassador. I've abseilled down leasowe lighthouse, walked down a cat walk in my underpants and last year jumped 300ft from a basket hanging from a crane with a bungy rope tied to my feet. But, now it's time to get fit, loose weight and get back to running.
Part 4 of my road to the Great North Run. After the Wrexham 10k and training on the shores of Lake Garda, this is the final part of my road to the Great North Run, doing the biggest half marathon in the world and competing the Great North Run. My aim now is to raise £500 by the start of the race on 10th September 2017.
Im doing this to raise money for the Charity I love and feel part of.
It would mean so much to me if you could show your support and donate to amazing charity. When you do donate, it's going direct to the hospital to support patients like I was. Support something local that we can be proud of.
Thanks
