Hello. Thank you so much for visiting my page. I want to ask for your help. 

On 15th August 2021 I was due to take part in the Ironman triathlon in Cork, Ireland. This event consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile cycle, followed by a full 26.2 mile marathon, all of which have to be completed within 17 hours. Ironman is considered to be the toughest single day endurance event known to man.

This event has now been postponed until 2022.....so I have a whole extra year to train, and to raise money for those less fortunate than myself. 

My aim is simply to survive and complete the course. But in doing so I will achieve something that many will never even live to appreciate. The Alexa Trust raises money to support the parents of those children born prematurely, or never at all.

Please help me to help those too young and innocent to help themselves. Every £1 Will make a difference.
