I am putting myself through X Runner water wipeout on Saturday 29th June in Nottingham and will be getting extremely muddy and wet in the name of a very good cause.

We are good friends with the family of Niamh Curry and like many people were all devastated when she died in May 2012 aged just 5 years old. Her parents Sam and Chris have set up the charity Niamh's Next Step and continue to fundraise in her memory to help the families of other children with Neuroblastoma. So I'd like to encourage my friends, family, colleagues and acquaintences to dig deep and support this amazingly good cause.
