The EllenorLions Hospice has been very helpful to my family during our time of need. My Granddad suffered from Lymphoma for 18 years, he kept on beating it, but it was very persistent and kept on returning. The combination of this and the effects that the Chemotherapy had on him meant that he fell very ill and wasn't able to carry on living.

The Hospice provided great help and support to my Granddad as well as my family. Thanks to the hospice he was able to die in peace and not in a hospital, which he absolutely hated I might add. Thanks to the hospice his last meal was ice cream, I can see where I get my love for ice cream from! The staff at the hospice were lovely and helped us discuss options after he had gone, apart from being extremely supportive all the time that he was in there!

I now want to support the hospice because of how they helped my family through this hard time, and they only run off of donations and it costs a lot for care in hospices these days. I want to help those who helped us in our time of need.
