15,000ft skydive for Down's Syndrome Association · 21 March 2020

Children and adults with Down’s syndrome are all unique individuals with their own personalities, family backgrounds and preferences that make them who they are. We aim to create the conditions that all people with Down’s syndrome need to live full and rewarding lives.

Story

On March 21st 2020 I, along with 49 other people, will be jumping out of a perfectly good aeroplane from 15,000ft to raise awareness and money for the Down Syndrome Association who are celebrating their 50th birthday!
Last year while doing NCT classes, my wife Faye and I made friends with Leigh-Ann and Dan whose baby, Poppy, was diagnosed with Down's Syndrome early on in pregnancy. From the start of her pregnancy, the charity was there for her, supporting her the whole way, allowing her to realise that, while there would be complications, Poppy would be able to live an amazing and full life. Almost one year later, she has already achieved so much, from having open heart surgery at 12 weeks old, to becoming a baby model.
I hope you can join me in appreciating how life-changing charities such as this can be, especially for new parents who need and deserve all the assistance that is available to them. Thanks for looking at my page and thank you to anyone who is able to donate, I really appreciate it
