It's London Marathon time again, it has been 2 years since my last race and this will be my final Marathon making a grand total of 30, which gives me an excuse to run in fancydress; if you see a large pink flamingo flying past on the tv it's me.

I am raising funds for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity, who support soldiers, former soldiers and their families in times of need.  The charity has recently seen a 30% year on year rise in people seeking their help and expect this to increase with the continuing operations in Afghanistan.   Follow the link for more details:
