Thanks for taking the time to view my page. I have decided to take part in the challenge for a few reasons. I am currently undergoing somewhat of a life style change. I am trying to loosing weight and improve my fitness.

In my family i have experience of the effects of heart conditions and problems can do. Both of my sons were born early with heart murmurs and fortunately they have grown out of these as they have started to grow up. My mother-in-law also had to have bypass surgery 6 years ago and we saw the changes she had to make to her life and how much of an improvement was brought to her standard of living.
