Chris undertook his last (mad) cycling challenge 3 years ago! He raised money for two other fabulous charities then, more than £2,500! This year we want to support the Blood Bikes and the Wales Air Ambulance. 

We (Rob and Chris) are aiming to ride around Wales in 12-14 days. There will be no support, just the two of us and our bikes, battling the hills and the weather.
